Are these real before and after photos of your own clients?
Yes. Every photo in this gallery is a Cosmetiq Medicine client treated at our Portland, OR or Vancouver, WA clinic, shared with written permission. We do not use manufacturer stock images, and the photos are not retouched or filtered. Each pair is shot at the same angle, in the same lighting, with the same expression.
What treatments are shown in the gallery?
Botox and Dysport, lip filler, dermal filler and facial balancing, Kybella, Sculptra and other collagen stimulators, plus XERF skin tightening and laser treatments performed at our Vancouver, WA clinic.
How long after treatment are the after photos taken?
It depends on the treatment, and we label it rather than leaving you to guess. Botox and Dysport photos are taken at about two weeks, once the neuromodulator has fully settled. Filler photos are taken at two weeks or later, after swelling resolves. XERF results build through months three to six.
Will my results look like the photos?
Not exactly, and any clinic promising otherwise is overselling. Your starting anatomy, skin quality, muscle strength and how much product your plan uses all change the outcome. The gallery shows what each treatment is capable of. Your consultation establishes what it can do for your face.
How much do these treatments cost?
Botox and Dysport are priced per unit at $14, or $11 and $10 per unit for Glow and Elite members. Filler is priced per syringe, and XERF is $1,800 per full treatment. Every published number is on our treatment pricing page, and current offers are on our specials page.
How long do Botox and filler results last?
Botox and Dysport typically last about three to four months. Hyaluronic acid filler generally lasts six to eighteen months depending on the product and the area treated. Collagen stimulators such as Sculptra build gradually and can last longer. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration publishes a plain-language overview of dermal fillers and how long they last.
Is lip filler in the gallery going to migrate?
Migration is a placement and product-selection problem rather than an inevitability. It shows as a soft ridge above the natural lip border. Conservative amounts and precise placement reduce the risk, and hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved if it happens. Read our guides on lip filler migration and dissolving migrated filler.
Is Botox safe?
Botox has a long record of cosmetic use when a qualified, licensed injector administers it after reviewing your health history. Temporary redness, swelling or bruising at the injection site can happen. Which treatments are available in Portland and which are in Vancouver?
Injectables, facials, wellness treatments and GLP-1 weight loss are offered at both clinics. XERF, Potenza RF microneedling, laser hair removal, IPL and Erbium resurfacing are performed at our Vancouver, WA clinic only, and Portland clients book those there.
