There isn't one right age. Sculptra is studied in adults, and its safety hasn't been evaluated in people under 18 or during pregnancy. Most people who choose it are noticing early collagen loss, such as hollowing or looser-looking skin, which can start anywhere from the thirties onward.

Partly. Since March 2026, Radiesse diluted 1:2 with saline is FDA-approved for décolleté wrinkles in people 22 and older, given by practitioners who completed a required training. Our injectors have, and we use the 1:2 dilution for the décolleté. Other dilutions, often called hyperdilute, and use on the neck, arms or body remain off-label.
