What is the difference between the Cosmetiq Glow Membership and Cosmetiq Elite Membership?
Glow is the $100/month membership designed for consistent savings and a $100 monthly beauty bank. Elite is the $200/month membership with deeper savings, a $200 monthly beauty bank, lower Botox pricing, and an annual reward after 12 consecutive successful monthly payments.
How does the monthly beauty bank work?
Your monthly membership payment is banked toward future services at Cosmetiq Medicine. Glow banks $100 monthly, and Elite banks $200 monthly. Banked balances may be used toward services and treatments at Cosmetiq Medicine, but they have no cash value and are nonrefundable.
What is the held loyalty balance?
The first membership payment is held until the initial commitment is completed. For Glow, the first $100 payment is held until completion of the 6-month commitment. For Elite, the first $200 payment is held until completion of the 12-month commitment. If monthly payments are not successfully completed according to the membership agreement, the initially held payment balance may be forfeited.
What Botox pricing do members receive?
Glow members receive Botox pricing at $11/unit. Elite members receive Botox pricing at $10/unit. This makes both memberships a strong option for patients who maintain routine wrinkle relaxer appointments throughout the year.
What services qualify for the membership discount?
Membership discounts apply to regular-priced injectables, wellness injections, laser treatments, and facial treatments. Glow members receive 10% off eligible regular-priced services, while Elite members receive 15% off eligible regular-priced services.
Can membership discounts be combined with promotions or specials?
No. Membership discounts apply only to regular-priced services and cannot be combined with specials, packages, promotions, Alle rewards discounts, or third-party financing promotions.
What annual reward is included with the Elite Membership?
After 12 consecutive successful monthly payments, Elite members receive one free annual laser or facial treatment worth up to $500. Eligible options include a laser hair removal package, VI Peel with dermaplaning, two IPL photofacial treatments, $500 off XERF, Cosmetiq Luxe Glow Infusion, Cosmetiq DNA Renewal Infusion, Cosmetiq Eye Luminance Therapy, or Cosmetiq BioStem Hair Restoration.
Are membership balances transferable or refundable?
Membership balances and benefits are transferable but nonrefundable. Membership benefits are intended for the enrolled member unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
How do renewals and cancellations work?
Both memberships renew monthly unless canceled in writing after the initial commitment term. Glow has a 6-month minimum commitment, and Elite has a 12-month minimum commitment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle after completion of the initial commitment term.
What happens if a membership payment fails or is late?
Monthly membership payments must remain active and successfully processed to maintain membership benefits and banked balance access. Failed, declined, reversed, or late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits until the account is brought current.
Can membership benefits or pricing change?
Yes. Membership pricing, benefits, and promotions are subject to change based on market pricing, product cost, manufacturer pricing, or business operational changes. Cosmetiq Medicine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits or membership availability at any time.
- Banked membership balances may only be used toward services and treatments at Cosmetiq Medicine.
- Free annual treatment rewards must be redeemed while the membership remains active and in good standing.
