Botox is $12 a unit at Cosmetiq Medicine's Portland and Vancouver clinics, and Dysport is $4 a unit. Glow members pay $11 a unit for Botox and Elite members $10. At $12 a unit, $400 covers about 33 units of Botox. For reference, the FDA-approved label doses Botox Cosmetic at 20 units for frown lines between the brows and 24 units for crow's feet, so one or two areas often fall in that range. Botox and Dysport relax the muscles behind expression lines such as frown lines and crow's feet. Dermal fillers are gels injected beneath the skin to add volume to areas such as the lips, cheeks and chin, as the FDA explains. Many people combine the two, and your provider explains which fits each concern.

Botox and Dysport are both botulinum toxin type A products FDA-approved to soften frown lines between the brows. They are dosed differently, and the Dysport label notes its units are not interchangeable with other botulinum toxin products, which is why Dysport is priced at $4 a unit and Botox at $12.

Yes. Glow is $100 a month and Elite is $200 a month, and each payment is banked toward treatments at either clinic. Members pay $11 or $10 a unit for Botox and save 10% or 15% on regular-priced services, and Elite includes a free treatment worth up to $350 each year.

Yes. Cosmetiq Medicine accepts CareCredit and Cherry, offers payment plans and gift cards, and takes part in Allē rewards. Membership is another way to spread the cost of regular treatments across the year.
