How much is the XERF Pick Your Perk special?
The special is $1,800 for one XERF skin tightening treatment of the face and neck, abdomen, legs or arms, plus one free perk worth $325 to $900. It runs October 1 to 31, 2026 at our Vancouver, WA clinic, and a $500 deposit reserves the 2-hour appointment.
How much does XERF cost outside the special?
XERF is priced by treatment area at Cosmetiq Medicine, from $600 for Eye Refresh to $1,800 for Signature Face + Neck or an abdomen, underarm or thigh treatment. Where is XERF performed for Portland clients?
XERF is performed only at our Vancouver, WA clinic at 12000 SE Mill Plain Blvd, which serves clients from Portland and across the metro. The Botox, chemical peel and microneedling perks can be redeemed at either our Portland or Vancouver clinic, and the IPL and second XERF session perks are at our Vancouver clinic.
Which free perk is the best value?
The second XERF session at 50% off has the highest value at $900 and suits clients planning a series. The 30 units of Botox, worth $360, suits clients who already get Botox, and the IPL, peel and microneedling perks, worth $325 to $400, focus on tone, texture and skin quality.
Can I combine the XERF special with my membership?
No. The Pick Your Perk special cannot be combined with Glow or Elite membership discounts or other promotions. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours notice.

Where is the $11 Botox special available?
At our Vancouver, WA clinic on SE Mill Plain Blvd from October 6 to 30, 2026. Portland clients are welcome to book there. The lip filler, Sculptra and Radiesse specials are available at both our Portland and Vancouver clinics.
How much Botox does $500 buy at the October rate?
At $11 a unit, $500 covers 45 units for $495. Twenty units is $220 and 40 units is $440, and your injector confirms the right dose for your goals at your visit.
Does the October Botox price apply to Dysport?
Yes. The special applies to the equivalent Dysport dose. Dysport is measured in its own units, so your injector converts the dose so you pay the same October rate.
When do the October specials end?
The Botox special ends October 30. The lip filler, Sculptra and Radiesse specials run through October 31, 2026, while supplies last. Prices return to regular rates in November.

Where can I get $10 a unit Botox near Portland?
Elite members pay $10 per unit for Botox at both Cosmetiq Medicine clinics, the lowest Botox price on our menu. The Elite membership is $200 a month, and every payment is banked as credit toward your treatments. How much is Dysport?
Dysport is $4 per unit at Cosmetiq Medicine, or $3.70 for Glow and $3.40 for Elite members. From October 6 to 30, 2026, the $11 Botox special at our Vancouver, WA clinic applies to the equivalent Dysport dose. Dysport is dosed in its own units, so your injector will convert and compare the two for you.
Is there a lip filler special this month?
Yes. Lip filler is $520 this October, regularly $650, at both our Portland and Vancouver clinics, and you can add 20 units of Botox for $200 in the same visit. The special runs through October 31, 2026, while supplies last. See options on our Portland lip filler page.
How much is dermal filler, and are there package prices?
Dermal filler is $750 per syringe, with package pricing on our regular menu of $1,350 for two syringes and $1,975 for three. A filler and Botox combo pairs one syringe with 20 units of Botox for $900. These are standard menu prices rather than a limited-time special.
How much does Sculptra or Radiesse cost?
Sculptra is $850 per vial and Radiesse is $850 per syringe. This October, your second one is 40% off at $510, and adding a third saves an additional $200. How much does a Cosmetiq membership cost?
The Glow membership is $100 a month with a 6-month minimum, and the Elite membership is $200 a month with a 12-month minimum. Every monthly payment is banked as treatment credit. Glow members get Botox at $11 and Dysport at $3.70 per unit plus 10% off regular-priced services, and Elite members get Botox at $10 and Dysport at $3.40 per unit, 15% off and an annual reward worth up to $350. Can membership discounts be combined with a special?
No. Membership discounts apply only to regular-priced services and cannot be combined with specials, packages or other promotions, including the October Botox, lip filler, Sculptra and Radiesse specials and Pick Your Perk. How often do your specials change?
Specials change every month. The October 2026 specials end October 30 for Botox and October 31 for lip filler, Sculptra, Radiesse and Pick Your Perk, and this page is updated when new specials begin. Membership pricing does not change month to month, so Glow and Elite members keep their Botox, Dysport and service discounts between specials.
Do you offer payment plans for Botox, lip filler and XERF?
Yes. Cosmetiq Medicine accepts CareCredit and Cherry payment plans, which can spread the cost of lip filler, dermal filler, Sculptra or XERF over time, and Allē rewards can be applied to eligible Botox and Juvéderm treatments. How long do Botox and filler last?
