Joining

It’s returned to you as a credit after you complete the initial commitment term (6 months for Glow, 12 months for Elite). Think of it as a security deposit that comes back to you as credit, not a fee you lose.

Using your benefits

Canceling

Both memberships renew monthly after the initial term. To cancel, submit a written cancellation request before the next billing cycle after your initial term ends. If monthly payments fail or are reversed, benefits may be suspended until the account is brought current, and the initially held balance may be forfeited per the membership agreement.
