Allergan Aesthetics has set the date for its biggest Botox offer of the year: Wednesday, November 18. In an announcement on October 28, 2026, the company confirmed that BOTOX Cosmetic Day returns for its eighth year with a buy-one-get-one $50 gift card for Allē members, plus a month-long refer-a-friend reward. Cosmetiq Medicine accepts Allē rewards at both our Portland and Vancouver clinics. Here is how the offer works, the dates that matter and how to plan around it.

What Allergan Aesthetics announced
According to the AbbVie news release, BOTOX Cosmetic Day is held on the third Wednesday of November and is the brand’s biggest offer of the year for members of Allē, the Allergan Aesthetics loyalty program. The release says Allē connects more than 7 million members with nearly 30,000 practices. Beauty outlet NewBeauty covered the announcement the same day.

The four FDA-approved BOTOX Cosmetic treatment areas
BOTOX Cosmetic is a prescription medicine injected into muscles to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe lines. Its FDA prescribing information covers four aesthetic areas in adults. The fourth, platysma bands, was approved in October 2024 and is the first approved aesthetic area below the face.

The company also cites a phase 4 study in which 90.5% of patients treated for upper facial lines reported being mostly or very satisfied with how natural their results looked at day 30. That figure comes from Allergan’s own study data, and individual results vary.
What your treatment costs at Cosmetiq Medicine
At both clinics, Botox in Portland and Vancouver is $12 per unit at regular pricing. Most coverage treats November 18 like a one-day sale. Read the terms and it works differently. The release says the BOGO cards are redeemable for future BOTOX Cosmetic treatments with participating Allē providers. You are buying value to spend later, not getting a discount at a single appointment.
